UEHS junior Luke Pylypciw will be spending spring break in the sky. The 17-year-old pilot is partnering with Hope for the Warriors to fly around the eastern half of the country in "Loop for the Troops."

UEHS graduate Emily Mackay and Binghamton University graduate student recently recorded the fastest time in the mile at the Division I level during the Penn State National Indoor Track & Field Open.

Books engage students
Gaining knowledge and perspective through books can be an enlightening, learning experience for students. UEHS English teacher Kelli Krieger introduced Nic Stone’s “Dear Martin” to her English 9 Honors classes. The book had such an impact on her students that Mrs. Krieger wanted to provide the follow-up book, “Dear Justyce” to her students.
