Tiger Park, located adjacent to the Union-Endicott District Office, officially opened in the spring of 2024. At the grand opening, we dedicated the Tiger Legacy Project, including the Tigers and commemorative pavers, as well as the park’s outdoor classroom.
In the summer of 2026, another important part of Tiger Park was completed with the restoration of the George F. Johnson monument. This significant restoration was made possible through the generous support of Endicott Rotary and many donors throughout the community, including the Town of Union, the Village of Endicott, local businesses, service clubs, and community members.
The district is incredibly grateful for the generosity and commitment of everyone who contributed to this project. Their support has helped preserve an important piece of our community’s history and ensures that the George F. Johnson monument will remain a meaningful part of Tiger Park for generations to come.
