The Endicott Rotary selected Damon Jones to represent UEHS at the annual Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) Camp this past summer. RYLA is an intensive leadership program organized by local Rotary clubs that brings together students from across the region to develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Throughout the program, participants take part in team-building activities, leadership workshops, and discussions designed to challenge them 
and encourage personal growth.
Damon spoke about the valuable lessons he learned during the camp, including the importance of teamwork, effective communication, and stepping into leadership roles with confidence.
