CFJ fourth graders visited the Kopernik Observatory and Science Center as part of their science curriculum. During the trip, they engineered earthquake-safe structures, used stream tables to study how erosion shaped land, and examined the physical features of other planets to deepen their understanding of landforms. Students also toured the observatory, where they looked through Kopernik’s telescope for a close view of solar activity.
