Before the start of the regular Board of Education meeting, JFS Middle School students and staff, along with the PTA groups from the district’s four elementary schools and JFS Middle School, were formally recognized.
In celebration of PTA Appreciation, officers from each U-E PTA group were acknowledged, including 
the PTA Council, West Corners Campus, CFJ, GFJ, TJW, and JFS. The Board expressed its gratitude for the time, energy, and support these volunteers provide to teachers and students throughout the year.
Students from the JFS musical were also recognized, along with staff members Joe Brainard and Maria Aimoniotis for their contributions to the production.
During the presentation, Amanda Atkinson and Matt Merrell highlighted several projects and initiatives they have led with students over the past several months, showcasing the continued collaboration and engagement taking place across the district. Click here to view more photos
