District recognized for excellence in communications
The district was recently recognized for excellence in communications by the New York Schools Public Relations Association. 
Students receive water bottles
During the first week of school, all students in our four elementary schools received brand new UE Tiger water bottles. 
JFS BOE Recognition
At its regular meeting, the BOE recognized nearly 150 students for success in and out of the classroom. 
UE Tigers take on 22 Pushup Challenge
In a sea of gray, orange and black, nearly 300 student athletes took the turf at Ty Cobb Stadium to complete the 22 Pushup Challenge. 
Students learn in science labs
K-5 students in all four buildings are getting great use out of the new science labs as they learn different curriculum from STEM and work on Project Lead the Way. 
JFS Tigers recite alma mater
JFS sixth-grade Tigers in Danea Hurd's class are gearing up for Spirit Friday by learning and reciting the UE alma mater. Remember to wear your orange and black on Fridays! Click here to listen! 
UEHS receives donation
The donations continue to come in! This time UEHS is the recipient of school supplies from our business neighbor across the river, California Grill.  
Supplies donated to GFJ
GFJ recently received a generous donation of school supplies in memory of two little boys who would've attended kindergarten this year.  
Students at Tiger Ventures make use of Makerspace
School has just begun and students at LWW Tiger Ventures are already making use of the Makerspace as they begin their educational journey to create their own products.  
UE grad donates school supplies to CFJ
Even after they leave the school halls of UEHS and find success in college, our UE Tigers come back and help the community they grew up in. And that is what Class of 2010 graduate Danielle Mastro did.  
UE Day of Caring
UE staff and community joined forces with the United Way for it's annual Day of Caring on Friday, September 9. 
UE grad playing pro soccer
UEHS Class of 2010 graduate and soccer standout Kylie Strom recently signed a professional contract with the Boston Breakers, a team in the National Women's Soccer League.
