UEHS Class of 2023 graduate Jake Karedes just wrapped up his sophomore year at Syracuse 
University—and kicked off an unforgettable start to the summer! Jake was selected for the highly competitive Whitman School of Business Immersion Program, which took him all the way to Kenya.
As part of the required, semester-long course, Managing in a Global Setting, Jake was partnered with Ernst & Young. The coursework prepares students for the immersion program. In addition, the group collected over 800 lbs. of donations for local organizations before the trip.
The program gives students the chance to dive into global business practices, connect with professionals, and gain real-world experience abroad.
