U-E Varsity Cheerleading Coach Andrea Guccia has been named to a prestigious national committee that will help shape the future of high school cheerleading. She was recently selected to join the National High School Cheerleading Championship format committee—a select group tasked with reviewing and updating how the event is structured.
Organized by Varsity Spirit in collaboration with the Universal Cheerleaders Association (UCA)—the same organizations behind the camps, regional competitions, and Nationals events U-E cheerleaders attend—the committee will meet this June at Varsity’s regional office in Memphis. Coach Guccia will represent Union-Endicott and contribute directly to these key discussions.
“This is a step forward for our Union-Endicott cheer program,” said Coach Guccia. “We continue to lead the way in cheer, and I’m incredibly grateful for the ongoing support that helps make moments like this possible!”
This recognition highlights both Coach Guccia’s leadership and the continued excellence of the U-E Cheer program on a national stage.
