Holiday market provides business learning
“The Market at Tiger Ventures” was up and running on December 9 for its 3rd Annual Holiday Craft Sale.

This class of young entrepreneurs developed a plan, discussed inventory and what they could include by reusing, recycling, and repurposing various salvaged materials from the renovation work being done in the building. Using the available materials, students designed, crafted, and built a variety of holiday décor. They also sold their hot sauce made from the Tiger Ventures Garden, as well as water bottles created using the vinyl cutter.

Part of the proceeds will go to the entrepreneur class to help students continue to learn how to create, market, sell products. The remainder of the funds will go to a charity of their choice.
