BOE recognition

Before the beginning of the Board of Education's regular meeting, the BOE hosted a Town Hall meeting on mental health in education. Numerous organizations were available to meet with parents and educators on the services they provide to help support our students in and out of the classroom.

To start the BOE meeting, Superintendent Nicole Wolfe recognized BOE members as part of the NY State Board of Education Recognition Week, which was Oct. 21-15. She read Governor Cuomo's proclamation and presented each member with a copy. Different employee groups also presented members with small tokens of appreciation for their time, efforts and volunteer service to the district.
This month is also School Principal Month. Building principals were recognized for their work in our schools and with our students.
Thank you to everyone who makes a difference in the lives of our Tigers! #TigerPride #EarnYourStripes
