For the second year, U-E graduates visited CFJ to talk with fourth- and fifth-grade students about what they have been doing since graduating from high school.
They discussed their majors, living on campus, meeting new people, working in another country, getting involved in campus life, gaining experiences in a wide variety of areas, and how they decided what they wanted to do. They showed photos and videos of their respective campuses and experiences.
Each student brought a different perspective on how they decided on their futures. The goal was to get young students to start thinking about what they will do when they leave U-E. And though these elementary students have a number of years before they graduate, the graduates emphasized that no matter where one goes after high school, it is important to maintain good grades and get involved in activities and clubs.
Thank you to these graduates who took the time to come share their experiences with CFJ students.
