JFS Spanish students teach lessons
JFS seventh- and eighth-grade Spanish students in Melissa Greco’s and Kevin Housel’s classes shared their knowledge of a world language with our Tiger Cubs at CFJ and TJW.
Students in Greco’s class traveled to CFJ to work with first- and second-grade students and Housel’s students traveled to TJW to work with fifth-graders.
The middle school students planned and taught lessons, played games and used music to teach students vocabulary on various topics such as numbers, colors, greetings and calendar expressions.
Both age groups enjoyed learning and working together.
