Before its regular meeting, members of the board of education along with UEHS building leaders and district leaders recognized members of UEHS YES Leads. Adviser Elizabeth Scalcione talked about the community project, "Revitalizing Washington Ave.," in partnership with Endicott Proud. Community members, local leaders, and businesses worked with the students on cleaning up the street and sidewalk last spring and fall. Plans are being made for this spring as well.
