It may be cold and snowy, but that didn’t stop the GFJ Garden Club from gathering recently after school to work with pine cones and play in the snow. Members had fun using pine cones to make garland, a fire starter, and a snowman. Next, members headed outside to make "Florida" snowmen using bird seed and veggies for wildlife. Adults and children alike enjoyed drawing a snowman shape into the snow and then placing the food on it to make a friendly snowman.
The Garden Club thanks the GFJ PTA for supporting this club.
