Congratulations to the 5th and 6th grade students who participated in the BCMEA Festival I All County Orchestra this past weekend! These students worked very hard to prepare for their audition in December and the rehearsals and concert in March.

During Friday and Saturday, March 17-18th, several UE orchestra, chorus, and band students from grades 5-12 were involved in the BCMEA All County Festival I. They had to audition for their spots in each group and prepare their music before the festival. After less than two days of rehearsal, they put on a fantastic concert. Congratulations on an excellent musical experience!
Nick's restaurant is teaming up with the Union-Endicott High School Italian Club to raise funds for a good cause. Starting Monday, March 20, and running until Saturday, April 1, the restaurant will donate 8% of their proceeds to the club. Customers who show the promotional post at the time of payment will not only enjoy a great meal but also contribute to a worthy cause.

CFJ first-grade students in Jessica Carl’s class have been learning about kindness. To help further their understanding of what kindness is, Ms. Carl and her students invited the entire building to participate in a coin drive for the Super Cooper “Coins for Kindness” campaign.
