Union-Endicott Central School District voters approved a $12.1 million capital improvement project, with the official vote tallying 354 in favor and 134 opposed. The district will be able to move forward with renovations and upgrades to our facilities, as indicated below. We appreciate the community's support and look forward to sharing updates throughout the project.
Proposition I: Capital Project
The proposition authorizes the District to proceed with a capital improvement project not to exceed $12,157,560 for planned infrastructure renovations and site work at the District. This proposition also authorizes the issuance of $9,007,560 in serial bonds and the following uses of funds: $2,550,000 from the capital reserve and available funds, and $600,000 from grant funds.
