At the end of this course, Ms. Strattan’s Studio In Art students will be able to:
-Identify characterisitcs of art created in historical and contemporary societies.
-Understand the role of the artist in historical and contemporary societies.
-Explore interdisciplinary methods of inquiry that will promote excellence in the arts.
-Demonstrate proficiency in the skills necessary for success in higher level Visual Arts classes
-Demonstrate the potential for a lifelong appreciation and understanding of the Visual Arts and diverse cultures
