AGM Library Movie Night Out

teacher sorting books in library Nearly 100 people attended the first ever K-2 AGM Library Drive-In Movie Night! Student mechanics assembled and tricked out their own personalized car, adding custom details to make their car stand out from the rest of the pack. Each car was equipped with a customized tray for movie snacks. Assembled cars were parked drive-in style in the cafeteria where students enjoyed several short episodes from “Mater’s Tall Tales.”

Then it was full speed ahead to the library to check out some great books. The Drive-In Night was hosted by librarian Carrie Potter, senior library clerk, Kathy Lavo and the AGM Building Planning Team. A special thanks to AGM fifth-grade students Johnny Haskett and Harper Phinney who built what will soon be the most coveted spot in the library, our very own AGM library race car!
