JFS Moving Up JFS Moving-Up Ceremony
JFS 8th-graders celebrated their final days as Tigers in the Middle with a moving-up ceremony held at the school. Class of 2018 graduating senior Rami Doski provided words of wisdom to these incoming freshmen about life at the high school. Family, friends, and staff were on hand to watch the Class of 2022 finish out middle school, ready to be UEHS Tigers! Photo gallery 
Watercolor Tiger Art students decorate sharing space
JFS Middle School teachers Anna Strattan, Leslie Roma, and John Rodrigues set a goal, over the next couple of years, to transform one of the JFS courtyards into a nice place to read a book, study, grade papers, or enjoy a quiet conversation with a friend or mentor. 
JFS tiger paw FACTS celebration
Recently, students and teachers celebrated FACTS (Fun Academic Character through School) with cake and an award ceremony.  Students were recognized for Attendance All-Star, Diligent Worker, and Team Player awards.   
Literary classics JFS Author Fair
JFS eighth-grade students had the chance to research and assume the personality of their favorite author for their Author Fair in June.

The UE Soccer Program is excited to announce that it will be running the tiger youth program for boys and girls in grades K-6 again this fall. 
BOE Recognition Staff recognized by BOE
At its regular meeting, the BOE recognized U-E staff members on their retirement, years of service and becoming tenured. 
Colored lightbulb Students invent inventions
JFS students put their creative minds to work for the Invention Convention and were named semi-finalists, qualifying them for finals in June.
