At its meeting held in the district office, the BOE recognized student musicans for their recent participation in BCMEA festivals. 
Project 375 logo Staff receive training on mental wellness
Recently, approximately 25 U-E staff members spent the day learning about mental health for our students in the Project375 training, a program founded by NFL All-Pro Brandon Marshall. 
Foreign language images Students celebrate foreign languages
In recognition of National Foreign Language Week March 4-10, students at JFS and UEHS celebrated with food and culture from France, Spain and Italy with the theme being “Languages Lead us on a Path to Understanding Other Cultures.”

JFS hosted its annual Science Fair with over 70 students participating in creating a unique science project. 
Promise Zone logo JFS Spoons Tournament
As a way to raise awareness about suicide and talk to our young teens about emotions and mental health, JFS Promise Zone once again sponsored a Spoon Tournament.

In conjunction with the Winter Olympic Games, sixth-grade students in Steve Hamlin’s science classes participated in their own version of the Olympics with a Science Olympiad.

2.We will try to help students who are bullied.

3.We will try to include students who are left out.

4.If we know that somebody is being bullied, we will tell an adult at school and an adult at home.
